Terms of Service

Ticketmate is a free service that aggregates and presents concert information from Korea. These Terms govern your use of the service.

Sign-up is via third-party OAuth (Google, Kakao). By signing up you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

You must be at least 14 years old to use the service, including signing up and subscribing to push notifications. Accounts found to belong to children under 14 may be deleted after notice.

We may modify or discontinue any feature without prior notice. Your favorites and preferences are preserved on a best-effort basis while the service is operating.

Concert data is collected from external sources (ticket vendors, organizations). Prices, schedules, and cancellation policies are the responsibility of the originating ticket vendor; always confirm and purchase on the official vendor site.

• Automated abuse (bots, scrapers) that creates excessive load
• Impersonating other members or misusing their data
• Unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use of service data

Material changes will be announced in-product before taking effect.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes will be brought before the Seoul Central District Court.
