We do not share your personal data with third parties without consent. When you proceed to purchase tickets you leave Ticketmate and are subject to the destination site's privacy policy.
Web push notifications are, by design, relayed through your browser vendor's push messaging servers — Google FCM (Chrome), Mozilla autopush (Firefox), or Apple APNs (Safari), all located outside Korea. The push endpoint and an end-to-end encrypted payload pass through these servers; browser vendors cannot read notification content.
The following involve transfers outside Korea:
Ticketmate is not available to children under the age of 14. This includes signing up and subscribing to push notifications. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 14, and we delete any such account without delay once identified.
You may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of your data at any time.
